Our Policies


When you place an order either online or in our store, we do not offer cash refunds however we can offer a exchange of a product of the same price.

After placing an order, please know that it can take up to 4 days for the order to go through and if it is out of stock, you will be notified either by email or a phone call.

If you have any changes to an order, you must notify us either by phone or email within 1 hour. You will be required to show us your ID.


If you choose to pick up your merchandise, we will need 1-2-day notice to inspect your order. It is in the customers best interest to bring proper equipment to secure items on your vehicle or trailer. All items must be paid for in full before items are to be released to the customer. Any damage or defects are the responsibility of the customer after Luxx - Las Villas releases the furniture.


Layaway is available for items purchased through our layaway program. The items will be in layaway for 2 months. Total will be due when you pick up your items. Balance must be paid in full.

35% down is requirement for layaway. For example, if your total amount of purchase is $500.00 you will be required to pay $175.00 for a down payment.  

Weekly payments are required. If a weekly payment is missed, you will be contacted have 15 days to pay the remaining balance, if your still delinquent in the payments, the order will be cancelled, and items will be returned to stock.

Luxx - Las Villas will take 20% for a restocking fee out of your 20% deposit.



Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any damages to delivered merchandise must be reported to Luxx Home Furniture Store (832)880-1170. Luxx Home - Las Villas Furniture will arrange for a technician to come to your home to inspect the merchandise delivered. If the merchandise cannot be repaired properly, our technician will make the determination and report it to our customer service department. No refunds however we gladly will exchange your merchandise if in fact the item is not repairable.  Delivery Fee and Application Fees are Non-Refundable.



We cannot give you an exact time when we will be able to deliver your merchandise, however we can give you a 3-hour time frame.

Please make sure that the area is clear and there is a clear path for Luxx - Las Villas to deliver your items. The delivery crew may not move, relocate, remove or dispose of your old furniture.


Assembly price starts at $39.99 pair item for the 1st floor and 2nd floor and up starts at 49.99 pair item.

All sales are final. There are no returns on any merchandise. All merchandise is sold as is, without warranties or services. Customer purchasing clearance items have the responsibility to inspect all items purchased and do understand that they are sold as is with no warranties or services.


* Dye lot variances, piling, fading, normal wear and soiling in the home are not covered under warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer.


3-months limited warranty against manufacturer's defect. Manufacturers frame warranties will be honored. Note: Leather is a natural material. Characteristics may include color variation, grain variation, wrinkles, and marks (i.e. bug bites, scars, brands, etc.). These characteristics denote genuine, top grain leather, and add to the appearance and personality of each piece of furniture.



3-months limited warranty against manufacturer's defect. Note: Solid and veneer wood products may show variations in color, patterns, grain qualities and/or natural blemishes. These characteristics provide real wood products with their unique and authentic beauty.



We ask that you carefully inspect all Glass Items such as Mirrors, Tabletops, Dining Tops, Cabinet Doors, etc. prior to as soon as these items have been received. No warranty applies to broken glass after receiving it.


Luxx Home - Las Villas furniture strictly adheres to manufacturer's warranties. An inspection of the bedding may be required by the manufacturer.

Please note: All bedding manufacturers cannot take back any bed with stains; for that reason, a mattress protector is recommended.
